LDI Institute, LLC collects and maintains personally identifiable information that you provide us when you subscribe for Erin Botsford's free newsletter, when you register for the membership site, when you buy products at our store, and when you wish to hire Erin Botsford as a speaker. When you register for the member site or make a purchase, we ask for your name, mailing address, zip code, telephone number and email address. When you indicate interest in hiring Erin Botsford as a speaker, we request specific information about your speaking event. Once you join LDI Institute, LLC’s membership, you are not anonymous to us. We use your personal information for three general purposes: to fulfill your requests for certain products, services and information that you have requested, to respond to your inquiries and to contact you about new products and services.
